1.When will I receive my order ?

    Once your order is validated, we process the order within 24 to 48 working hours, then your order is shipped within 72 hours. Our packages generally arrive in 10 to 15 working days, but the maximum delay is 20 (working) days.

You will receive notification emails to tell you where your package is  so you can track it with complete peace of mind.

2.What is the quality of the products?

   The entire manufacturing cycle of our vases is constantly monitored by the professionals in our workshop to guarantee you the highest possible quality.

We carry out quality checks regularly to guarantee you the  best experience with these pretty vases.

3.How are the vases protected for shipping?

    We take every precaution to ensure all our vases are securely packaged to avoid damage during delivery. We protect each vase with air columns and sometimes double reinforced polystyrene foam. 

4.My vase arrived damaged, what should I do?

     Rest assured, each vase shipped is insured against breakage. Contact us by email or telephone and we will immediately offer you a new shipment, or a full refund. As you wish.

5.What if the vase doesn't suit me?

    At VasesDecor, you take no risks! Indeed, if the product does not suit you, you have 14 days after delivery to make an exchange or refund.

6.I made a mistake on my address, what should I do?

    We only have a few hours to make address changes. If there is an error in your shipping address, please contact us by email and let us know the correct shipping address as soon as possible. An incorrect delivery address may cause or prevent delivery to a different location than desired. We will not take responsibility in these cases.

7.My tracking number isn't working?

    Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system, which means you might not be able to get the tracking information in the first 24-48 hours. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact our support team.
